• Contact the teacher’s Union/Association to remind them of the final day for resignations without penalty
7. Fast-Track Certification: Progress Update with the Certification Team
• Meet with Certification team to see progress in helping new hires get certified quickly
8. Strategic HR Planning: Assigning Roles for Teachers’ Reporting and Opening Day
• Plan with HR department team their assignments for the day teachers report and the opening day of school
9. Preparing for Reporting: Compiling Staffing Data for Superintendent and Leadership Team
• Begin preparation of Opening Day report for the Superintendent and Leadership Team re: staffing data and information
10. Celebrating HR’s Efforts: Commending Hard Work on Opening Day
